This
is the one of the photos I started out with. |
After
a while of working on it, I decided I didnt' like the way it
worked with the body and trashed it. |
 |
|
So
I went with a face turned in the same angle as the one in the
body shot. I had to flip both of these because they just
didn't work as well in the other direction. |
This
was the original sketch for the body. |
 |
 |
 |
I used several pictures like the
one below to study the hair and then made up most of it. |
So this is the result of the photo
above and many pictures of curly hair.;)
|
I pasted the
drawing of the head onto the body. At this point I could see
the body was too sketchy for the face and I needed to work on
it more |
Also
it was a little too large so I had to crop out the arms. I
used Photoshop to correct some mistakes, and then printed it
out and traced it onto a new piece of paper |
This
is the final drawing for the body. |
 |
 |
After I made some minor changes, such as color ( the left
shoulder had to come down,) I attached the head. I used
photoshop tools, like airbrush, cloning tool, & line tool
the blend the head and body together and add some depth to the
whole thing
Below: The finished project.
